TASSIE - Tiny island with some of the best, if not the World’s most remarkable mountain biking destination
Tasmania is an epic place for mountain biking with a variety of terrain conditions and trails for all fitness levels and ages.
Fly into Hobart, pick up your Ute with bike rack and head to Maydena serving up over 80 gravity-fed trails for riders of every level, and we mean every level for a couple of days.
Then it is off to Blue Derby, home to over 125km of playground for you to explore. While at Blue Derby you need to check out The Bay of Fires trail, one truly epic ride, launching into a 14km descent right from the get-go & St Helens.
Then if you still have time, check out George Town and Wild Mercy.

WEST IS BEST – a ride on the wild side
The West Coast promises an experience far removed from the typical bike park atmosphere. It's as remote as it is spectacular with fresh trail networks have made it accessible for riders ready to step outside their comfort zone.
Starting at Maydena Bike Park, serving up over 80 gravity-fed trails we spend two days riding here then it is off to Queenstown (not to be confused with Queenstown, New Zealand) for a couple of days riding Mt Owen and Zeehan.
