The unique conical peak of "Lone Mountain" and an interesting mix of terrain between Big Sky and Moonlight basin make up a truly diverse resort. With 5,850 acres of terrain and a longest run of 9.66kms there is plenty of family friendly terrain and extreme skiing.

Big Sky also has a compact, unique village and an huge range of condo style accommodation. Big Sky is a destination on its own, meaning it rarely gets busy with weekend warriors and there are no lift queues!

Right next to Yellowstone National park, no stay at Big sky is complete without doing a trip into the park to check out the winter wildlife.

Big sky combines really well with Jackson Hole and Grand Targhee, its a beautiful drive between these resorts.
